The first smoothie is away!!!

Your basic green smoothie is some fluid, ice and kale.

You will never get that down. One banana is the simple solution and if you need to potassium it's perfect.

I use almond milk for the protein. I also use a scoop of protein powder which is also sweet. If calories are a problem I bet you could go with raw egg.





40 calories of unsweetened almond milk
110 calories of Banana
4 pieces of kale
100 calories of protein powder.
some ice.

This one wasn't so bad... which tells me I needed more kale :)

Hmm... this post is not so much funny.

In like a lion.... out like a....

   This first post is going to lack Glory.

My intent is to post and create a blog dedicated to brutal honesty about Green Smoothies....

I find they have a very amazing Yin Yang Quality to them. They are vial... and yet they make you feel so good.

Ya... Put 2 cups of sugar in it, Or fill it full of Pineapple... and it's all good... Then again... I thought this was about your health....

Oh... My!! sorry what Did I just do to you.. Dear reader...

Your argument is... ,Well you are really not selling me on this smoothy thing. I didn't know I was selling you on anything.
What I will say, is that is disgusting as I say it all is.... I STILL DO IT... which tells me... It must be worth it.
