Your basic green smoothie is some fluid, ice and kale.
You will never get that down. One banana is the simple solution and if you need to potassium it's perfect.
I use almond milk for the protein. I also use a scoop of protein powder which is also sweet. If calories are a problem I bet you could go with raw egg.
40 calories of unsweetened almond milk
110 calories of Banana
4 pieces of kale
100 calories of protein powder.
some ice.
This one wasn't so bad... which tells me I needed more kale :)
